Policy

Voltine

A private ledger for the outlets you charge from. This page explains what stays on your phone, and what does not leave it.

Effective 21 September 2026 iOS app · Voltine

Who this covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Voltine mobile application for iPhone (“Voltine”, “the app”). Voltine is a personal log of charging outlets, weekly charge sessions, and the cables in your kit.

The app is intended for private use on a single device. It does not create an account and it does not run a social network.

What we collect

Voltine stores only the records you type or mark in the app. That may include:

These records stay on your device. Voltine does not operate a cloud account for this data and does not upload your ledger to our servers.

What we do not collect

Voltine does not ask for your name, email, or password to use the ledger. It does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or health data. It does not show advertising networks, and it does not include third-party analytics SDKs.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your outlet ledger with other companies for their marketing.

How data is stored

Your ledger is saved locally on the iPhone using standard on-device storage. If you delete Voltine, that local ledger is removed with the app, unless you have a device backup that still contains it.

Anyone with access to your unlocked phone can open the app and see the records you kept. Protect the device with a passcode or Face ID as you would for any private notes.

Network use

The only network request Voltine makes is to open this Privacy Policy page inside the app. That request goes to the host that serves this document. The page itself does not need your outlet names, charge times, or kit list.

Apple may collect limited diagnostic or usage information about the app through iOS if you have allowed that in your device settings. That collection is controlled by Apple, not by a Voltine account system.

Children

Voltine is a general utility. It is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has entered personal details into the ledger, delete those records or remove the app from the device.

Your choices

You can edit or delete individual outlets, charges, and kit items inside the app. You can remove the whole ledger by deleting Voltine from the iPhone.

If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, copies of local app data may exist in that backup until the backup is replaced or deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Voltine after an update means you have read the revised policy. Material changes will appear here before they apply to a new version of the app when that is practical.
